To purchase Reserve Credit Non-stop Silver data plan, you must first subscribe to Reserve Credit.
Non-stop Silver data plan is not an auto-renewal pack and can be purchased any number of times.
You will be charged 20% on top of the mobile content subscription amount as a service fee
Reserve credit loan can also be used to subscribe/renew mobile content services.
Wasel Prepaid customers with single account SIM can subscribe to selected Data Packs, can use Play on Demand and Start Stop Data services in addition to the services mentioned above.
The Reserve Credit can be used for Voice calls, SMSs (local and international), buy Non-stop Silver data plan.
Other Wasel Prepaid customers will be charged a service fee of AED 0.06 (excluding 5% VAT) on top of existing tariff of every minute or SMS.
Wasel Prepaid customers with single account SIM will be charged a service fee of 20% (excluding VAT) on top of the existing tariff of the services they use.
When you recharge your line, the amount of reserve credit used will be automatically deducted from the recharge amount.
If you are subscribed to the service, you'll be notified via SMS about the amount you've been credited once your balance reaches AED 1.
All users who are eligible for Reserve Credit will be notified via SMS to subscribe to the service by dialing *108*1#, upon subscription service will be auto renewed whenever you run out of mobile credit.
You can avail this service if you have been a prepaid user for at least 3 months with a usage of at least AED 10/month.
B will be charged only when calling 123 for message retrieval. After A hangs up, B will be notified via SMS.
For Prepaid customers, voicemail messages retrieval: AED 0.38/min (5% VAT included)įor example: If A reached B’s voicemail and recorded a message, A will be charged normal call charges as per his/her tariff plan and based on the length of the message.
